    WATERLOO REGION (Jul 4, 2009) -- Canada Post has issued its annual appeal calling on pet owners to make sure their dogs are under control when the mail is being delivered. Last year, 132 attacks involving dogs cost Canada Post 140 lost work days in Ontario outside of Toronto. These included 12 incidents in the Kitchener area, resulting in 17 lost work days.
